Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager / HR Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead key HR functions including Recruitment, HR operations, Payroll, and Stakeholder Management. This role is critical in supporting our people strategy as we grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Drive end-to-end hiring across digital roles (e.g., SEO, content, performance marketing), support roles. Build strong talent pipelines and improve time-to-hire.
  • Exposure to global hiring is a plus.

  • HR Operations:

  • Oversee onboarding, employee records, HRIS, and policy implementation. Ensure process efficiency and compliance.

  • Payroll & Compliance:

  • Manage monthly payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.), and employee benefits of onshore and offshore.
  • Liaise with finance and vendors.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with business leaders across different business units on workforce planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Recruitment strategy for digital roles
  • Keka Payroll expertise is mandatory
  • HR operations & automation tools (HRIS)
  • Payroll processing & statutory compliance
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
  • Agile and tech-savvy mindset
