Position : Senior Hardware Designer

Experience : 3- 7 years

Work Location : Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop analog & digital hardware circuits for industrial machines

Develop PCB layouts, schematics, and BOMs

Work on high-speed signal processing systems, sensors, and imaging hardware

Collaborate with firmware and software teams for system integration

Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting

Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality benchmarks

Optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability

Support production and resolve field-level hardware issues

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in circuit design (analog & digital)

Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium / Eagle / KiCad / OrCAD)

Knowledge of microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems

Experience in sensor integration, CCD/CMOS imaging systems (preferred)

Understanding of power electronics and industrial hardware systems

Familiarity with EMI/EMC standards and testing

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in industrial automation / machine design / color sorting systems

Exposure to AI-based hardware systems or vision-based equipment

Prior experience in manufacturing or product-based companies
