Senior Hardware Design Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to drive hardware development for hybrid inverter NPD, outsourced/integration-based product development, and sustenance engineering. The role focuses on mixed-signal circuit design, schematic development, and ensuring compliance with EMI/EMC and certification standards. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, safe, and high-performance power electronics hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and digital hardware for inverter and energy systems.
- Create and review schematics ensuring accuracy and robustness.
- Select appropriate components for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Conduct power and signal integrity analysis to ensure design quality.
- Support PCB layout engineers with design constraints and guidelines.
- Conduct design reviews and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and certification requirements.
