What you'll be solving for

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing across channels such as Google App Campaigns/UAC, Meta, Snapchat, and other paid acquisition platforms
  • Manage and optimize large-scale acquisition budgets with strong focus on CAC, RoAS, LTV, retention, and profitability
  • Partner with product and CRM teams to improve onboarding journeys and conversion funnels
  • Lead experimentation across creatives, offers, audiences, and funnel optimization
  • Develop growth plans and identify scalable growth opportunities through data deep-dives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and marketing planning
  • Mentor junior team members and help build a strong performance marketing culture

Here's what we are looking for

  • 4-7 years of experience in high-scale digital acquisition, growth marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to break down complex business problems into solvable pieces, leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous campaign and program improvements
  • Deep understanding of the digital media and tech startup ecosystems with an awareness of market-specific consumer behaviours
  • A product-centric mindset with the ability to navigate high-ambiguity situations and make calculated decisions that align with long-term business goals
