Are you a design storyteller who blends creativity with strategy We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for campaigns, social media, website, print, packaging, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
- Lead creative thinking for campaigns - from moodboarding to final execution.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
- Guide and mentor junior designers when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
- Prior experience with lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus.
- Motion design or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
