Homely Aura is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and manage our multidisciplinary design team, which includes Graphic Designers, Photoshop Editors, Interior Designers, 3D Artists, and other creative members. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative direction, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality design outputs aligned with our brand vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the entire design team across Graphics, Photoshop, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, and related creative fields.
- Oversee end-to-end product and design developmentfrom concept, visualization, prototyping to final execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and high-quality visual output across all design deliverables.
- Review, guide, and approve all design concepts, layouts, renders, and product prototypes.
- Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
- Encourage creativity while maintaining practicality and user-focused design standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, materials, and technologies relevant to product and interior design.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and training sessions for design team members.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related fields.
- 58+ years of experience in product or multidisciplinary design roles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team.
- Strong command of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender/3ds Max, etc.
- Excellent understanding of design systems, product development cycles, and material knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under strict timelines.
