Senior Graphic Designer

Experience: 4–6 years

You love the craft, and you've got the range to solve almost any brief: brand, content, campaign, digital. You bring ideas, not only execution, and you help the designers around you get better.

What You'll Do

Own the Craft

• Lead the graphic work on our most important brands and campaigns.
• Set the visual standard the rest of the team designs to.
• Turn briefs into strong, original design, ideas first, then craft.

Lift the Team

• Guide the Graphic Designers and the Associates on craft and direction.
• Give feedback that raises the work.
• Be the go-to when a brief is hard.

Deliver

• Own quality and timelines on your brands.
• Work closely with Brand Partnerships, Content, and Motion to bring work to life.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• Your brands work is among our sharpest.
• The designers you guide visibly improve.
• Work ships on time and on standard.
• You deputise for the Head of Design when needed.

Who You Are

• 4–6 years in graphic design at an agency or strong in-house team.
• A standout portfolio across brand, content, and campaign.
• Strong on ideas and art direction, not only execution.
• A generous mentor who raises the people around them.
• Fast, organised, and reliable under deadline.

Nice-to-Haves (Optional)

• UI/UX understanding.
• Motion or film sensibility.
• Ambition to grow into Head of Design.
