Summary

Gainwell is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-impact marketing material that supports sales enablement and enhances corporate communications. This role requires strong design expertise in Adobe Creative Suite apps and PowerPoint. Material developed by the creative team includes sales and company presentations, digital ads, info sheets, eBooks, white papers, and infographics.

The ideal candidate will balance creativity with precision, ensuring that all materials are visually engaging and error-free. While healthcare industry experience is a plus, the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment is essential. Our design work must resonate with Gainwell's target audiences: Medicaid directors, state legislative leaders, and government decision-makers.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement Collateral (40%)
  • Design polished and professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex solutions.
  • Develop placemats, solution graphics, and one-pagers to support field marketing, ABM, and sales teams.
  • Ensure all sales enablement materials are visually aligned with Gainwell's brand standards while maintaining clarity and readability.
  • Campaign & Digital Content Creation (40%)
  • Design compelling eBooks, white papers, and infographics that enhance thought leadership and demand generation campaigns.
  • Create digital ads, email templates, and social media visuals optimized for engagement.
  • Develop visual storytelling elements that simplify complex healthcare and technology topics for government audiences.
  • Quality Control & Brand Consistency (20%)
  • Ensure error-free, high-quality designs with attention to typography, layout, and branding.
  • Work closely with content teams to align visuals with messaging.
  • Maintain a design asset library for easy access to templates, icons, and approved graphics.
  • Internal Communications
  • Internal and executive presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of graphic design experience at an in-house marketing department, ad agency, or design firm.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of layout design, typography, color, and branding to maintain visual consistency.
  • Experience designing sales collateral, solution graphics, and marketing content for complex business audiences.
  • Ability to understand business and technical concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.
  • Strong eye for detail to ensure error-free, high-quality design output.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for healthcare, public sector, or enterprise technology companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) for designing email and ad templates.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles for designing visually engaging digital assets.
