About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who brings both creativity and structure to the table. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with the creative needs of food, facilities, infrastructure, or B2B2C industries and thrives on turning ideas into visually engaging stories.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, business, and leadership teams to shape visual narratives that inspire, engage, and strengthen the brand’s presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate brand and campaign strategies into visually compelling designs across multiple mediums.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to understand briefs and transform ideas into powerful visuals.
  • Create designs for internal communications — emails, posters, standees, videos, and presentations.
  • Develop external marketing materials, including brand presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, digital creatives, video edits, and social media assets.
  • Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all brand touchpoints — print, digital, events, and environments.
  • Support social media and performance marketing teams with high-engagement creatives.
  • Contribute to brand identity evolution, visual storytelling, and the development of design systems.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and agencies for production-ready deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize a centralized asset library for brand resources.
  • Stay current with design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Contribute to office branding and environmental design — wall graphics, signage, and event branding.
  • Collaborate with employer branding and internal communications teams to ensure consistent creative alignment across all employee-facing initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of hands-on graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio in B2B2C sectors such as Food, FMCG, Facilities, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or IT.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint or Google Slides for strategic and creative presentations.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles for digital and web interfaces.
  • Experience in photo editing and retouching.
  • Exposure to brand building for early-stage or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management or creative automation tools is an added advantage.
