Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer
About the Role
Dynamics Monk is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand and digital products. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, development, and leadership teams to craft exceptional user experiences and high-impact visual communications. You will be responsible for designing everything from enterprise SaaS interfaces and websites to branding, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of high-quality marketing creatives, social media campaigns, banners, infographics, and digital assets.
- Design intuitive UI/UX for web applications, dashboards, enterprise SaaS products, and mobile experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Design landing pages, websites, product interfaces, and interactive experiences.
- Create premium presentations, pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component library.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and product experiences.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
- Mentor junior designers and review design work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-powered design workflows.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Premier Pro (preferred)
- fter Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience designing responsive web applications, enterprise dashboards, SaaS platforms, and mobile interfaces.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mockups.
- Strong visual design skills with excellent understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and layouts.
- Experience creating scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and UI/UX projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Good to Have
- Experience with motion graphics and product animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Experience designing for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise software.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Experience conducting usability testing and UX research.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
- Experience with AI-assisted design workflows and modern design tools.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint presentation design and executive-level decks.
