Job Role:Create high-quality designs for the company's daily projects, handle branding materials, and deliver creative outputs based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Understand client requirements and develop concepts accordingly.
- Edit, update, and resize existing designs as needed.
- Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, correct formats).
- Coordinate with the print team / photography or video team if required.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Basic office tasks: file management, emails, project documentation.
Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of CorelDraw / Canva is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of print production.
Experience:- Minimum 23 years of practical experience in graphic design.
- A portfolio is mandatory.
Education:- Degree or diploma in design (preferred but not mandatory if the portfolio is strong).
Additional Responsibilities (for small companies):- Handle simple office-related tasks when needed.
- Maintain project files and design records.
- Prepare layout/designs for ID cards, resumes, certificates, and marksheets.
