Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Create Digital Assets: Design high-quality graphics for Cogneesol's website, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and other online needs.
Support Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content that supports overall brand messaging.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Cogneesol's visual identity, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms.
Manage Projects: Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously, keeping organized and meeting deadlines effectively.
Video & Animation (Good to have): If experienced, create simple animations, GIFs, or short promotional videos for social media and web use.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools relevant to digital marketing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing assets.
Technical Skills:
Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially examples created for web and social media.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
