About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients a fast-growing creative studio that crafts brand experiences, campaigns, and reports for leading organisations. They are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings both creative direction and composure to complex design projects.

This role ensures every visual communication from campaigns to corporate reports is crafted with consistency, purpose, and clarity. You'll guide younger designers, review outputs, and build creative rhythm across the team.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end creative delivery across print, digital, and report design.
• Review and approve design work; uphold quality and brand coherence.
• Supervise project timelines, ensuring delivery discipline and minimal rework.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understand briefs, and communicate progress effectively.
• Mentor junior designers; foster collaboration and growth.
• Stay current with tools, trends, and emerging design practices.

What We're Looking For

• 36 years of experience in graphic design (agency or studio experience preferred).
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and storytelling through design.
• Excellent communication skills able to translate ideas clearly to clients and teams.
• Calm, dependable, and able to handle multiple projects with ownership.

Salary: 6.00 LPA to 8.40 LPA
