We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Mobile App Developer with 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications. The role involves leading development efforts, owning backend and mobile delivery, and contributing to the scaling of a high-performance application with a growing user base.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end development of mobile applications for Android and iOS, including architecture, coding, testing, release management, and ongoing optimization.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and databases that support mobile application functionality at scale.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security in production environments with growing user traffic.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
- Drive code quality through reviews, engineering standards, testing practices, and continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues including crashes, performance bottlenecks, and platform-specific defects.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
- Lead technical planning for app scalability, release cycles, maintainability, and long-term platform evolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining production-grade mobile applications.
- Strong experience in Android and iOS development using native or cross-platform technologies.
- Full-stack experience with backend APIs, databases, authentication systems, and cloud-connected architectures.
- Experience supporting live applications with active users, release cycles, monitoring, and production support.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, mobile performance optimization, security, and testing strategies.
- Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead developers and make technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React Native, Flutter, or other cross-platform frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, analytics tools, crash reporting, and app store deployment.
- Experience in building or scaling consumer-facing mobile applications with large user bases.
