Senior Full Stack Developer (Founding Engineer)

SoTrue is the first social OTT app that turns films and shows into swipe(able), highly interactive, and gamified micro-dramas and powers the world's first advertising engine built around emotional engagement.

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own the entire technology foundation architecting, building, and launching the SoTrue app ecosystem across mobile (iOS, Android, TV), web dashboards, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure.

You'll function as the founding technical lead, with full ownership over backend architecture and technical decisions.

You'll work directly with the founder and AI engineer to deliver a smooth, scalable, and intelligent content platform.

• Architect, design, and build SoTrue's backend and core services choose the optimal backend stack (Node.js/NestJS, Go, Python FastAPI, or other modern alternatives).
• Build and ship React Native apps for iOS, Android, and TV (single codebase).
• Integrate AI micro-services (slicing, subtitles, metadata generation) into the upload pipeline.
• Develop and deploy APIs for mobile, web, and admin platforms (REST/GraphQL).
• Design database schemas and optimise performance for scalability and security.
• Set up AWS infrastructure S3, CloudFront, RDS, MediaConvert, Lambda, CI/CD.
• Implement authentication, notification, and content delivery logic.
• Collaborate with the AI/ML engineer and junior developer to connect the entire ecosystem apps, backend, and dashboards.
• Review code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain documentation, logging, and testing for production reliability.
