About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer (70% Node.js + 3040% React.js) to join our fast-growing global fintech engineering team. The ideal candidate is either a hands-on architect or a hardcore individual contributor (IC) who can design, build, and scale complex systems while coding at an expert level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Lead end-to-end architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build robust backend services with Node.js and microservices.
- Develop responsive front-end applications with React.js.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
- Mentor team members while being an active, hands-on coder.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 412 years of full-stack development experience.
- 70%+ expertise in Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and strong React.js skills (Hooks, Redux).
- Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalability.
- Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and security.
- Hands-on with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech
- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
- Background in product-based or fintech/startup environments.
- Exposure to serverless computing and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
