Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing team. As we scale rapidly, we seek an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern front-end technologies, has deep experience in building and deploying scalable applications, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

This position will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, debugging, and support.

• Lead the design and development of robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop and manage scalable front-end architecture with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Deploy and manage applications in Azure Cloud, leveraging services such as App Services, Blob Storage, and Azure CDN.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices in software development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development workflows and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Build modern Next.js applications using features like App Router, Server Components, API routes, and integration with libraries such as SWR, React Query, and Next Auth.
• Implement and manage modern state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit and Zustand.
• Apply advanced React.js practices, including expert use of React Hooks, context, and component lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• 47 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure Cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end architecture.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data workflows.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web security best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with modern Next.js features including App Router, Server Components, and API routes.
• Experience integrating libraries such as SWR, React Query, and Next Auth.
• Advanced expertise with React.js, including deep familiarity with React Hooks, context API, and component lifecycle.
• Proficiency with modern state management tools like Redux Toolkit and Zustand.
