About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Frappe & ERPNext Developer to take a leading role in building and scaling our next-generation cloud ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERPNext and Frappe, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives with impact.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize applications using Frappe Framework & ERPNext.
- Build custom apps and extend ERPNext modules with advanced functionalities.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot ERPNext systems for high performance & scalability.
- Develop and integrate APIs (e-invoicing, payment gateways, third-party apps).
- Lead technical development of SaaS-based ERP solutions (multi-tenancy & subscriptions).
- Manage server performance, deployments, and ensure system stability.
- Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and documentation to the team.
- Innovate and implement solutions to complex business challenges.
Requirements- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Frappe & ERPNext development.
- Strong background in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs.
- Experience with ERPNext SaaS setups, multi-site environments, bench management.
- Knowledge of Linux server administration, deployment pipelines, Docker preferred.
- Proven record of ERPNext implementations (HR, Accounting, CRM, Sales, Custom Modules).
- Strong problem-solving and architecture design skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
Nice to Have- UI/UX and theme customization in ERPNext.
- AI/LLM integration with ERP systems.
- Backup/recovery & security strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
