We are looking for an experienced Senior Forex Trader to lead our trading desk, develop high-performing strategies, and drive consistent profitability in global currency markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume trades across major, minor & exotic pairs
- Develop, backtest & optimize proprietary trading strategies
- Apply advanced technical, fundamental & price-action analysis
- Manage risk: exposure limits, SL/TP discipline, and drawdown control
- Monitor economic events, central bank actions & global market trends
- Lead & mentor junior traders on strategy and best practices
- Maintain detailed trading logs, research reports & performance dashboards
What We're Looking For-
- 510+ years of proven Forex trading experience
- Strong expertise in technical indicators, market structure & order flow
- Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5, TradingView, Bloomberg, or cTrader
- Solid understanding of risk management frameworks
- Experience in developing trading strategies (manual or algorithmic)
- Ability to perform under pressure & handle large trading positions
Preferred
- Python or algorithmic trading experience
- Certifications: CFA, FRM, NISM, Series 3 (optional but valued)
- Prior experience on a prop desk or institutional trading team
