Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile architecture, API integration, and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architectures.

Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning.

Required Skills

6–12+ years of software development experience.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX), and app lifecycle.

Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL.

Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).

Familiarity with local databases such as SQLite, Hive, or Isar.

Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitrise.

Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of secure mobile application development and mobile architecture patterns.

Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
