Lead feasibility and valuation studies for hotel development projects
Conduct advanced financial modeling, including P&L forecasting, IRR analysis, and cash flow projections.
Expand research database by tracking market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and competitive benchmarks.
End to end project tracking greenfield/brownfield
Coordinate with various departments on deliverables
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in real estate valuation, corporate financing, debt raising, equity research
Strong excel and presentation skills
Strong spoken and written communication in English
Minimum Education Qualification: MBA finance preferred, CFA, CA
Should have relevant work experience. Preferred experience in similar profile in hotel, real estate or research industry
