Senior Finance Executive

Description

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and making strategic financial decisions. The role requires a candidate with 2-7 years of experience in the finance industry, a strong analytical mind, and a keen eye for detail.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Month closing financial activities including expense provisioning, prepaid exp, Inter-unit transfers, others.
2. Preparation of financial statement, Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet.
3. Preparation of monthly MIS reports, Cost schedules, TB schedules, ABC cost Analysis, others.
4. Statutory Compliances: GSTR 1 and 3B filings, monthly GSTR 2A reconciliation, TDS, ESI-PF Reco.
5. Accounts payables: Day to day Accounting of expenses/invoices/scrutiny of annexures of invoices
6. Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
7. Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks basis requirement
8. Coordination with Auditors for all queries & compliances

Preferred candidate profile

1. M.com degree & Inter CA (mandatory)
2. Industry Experience in finance & accounts domain
3. Sound technical knowledge of fundamentals, core finance, accounting, taxation & audit
4. Good level of Competency in MS excel
5. Good communication and analytical skills
