Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
  • Support the processing of vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform royalty accounting, including calculation, recording, and reporting of royalty-related transactions.
  • Manage escrow accounting activities and maintain related schedules and reconciliations.
  • Process accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and U.S. GAAP.
  • Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoice verification, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare reports and schedules required for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in accounting or finance operations/Fresher from good college/University.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP (UGAAP) is preferred.
  • Experience with royalty and escrow accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
