Job Description

Senior Executive Soft Service

Objective

Able to prioritize a broad range of responsibilities in planning, coordination to manage soft service facility operations including Event management, cafeteria Management , Vendor Management, Invoice management.

Accountabilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Improve operational management system, processes and best practices

Prepare of MIS reports related to Facility operations

Daily reviewing the Facility trackers and reports

Coordinate with vendor teams

Education

Bachelor of Degree

5+ years of experience

Knowledge & Experience

Through knowledge in Facility Operations

Work Style / Personal Attributes

Ability to engage with Corporate Real Estate clients and C-suite executives. Dynamic personality with strong communication skills. Strategic thinker, team player and innovative.
