Job Description

  • Generate and convert leads for auto loans at the dealership level
  • Conduct customer profiling, effectively pitch auto loan products, and close sales
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan documentation, file login, and disbursement
  • Coordinate with credit teams to facilitate loan approvals and clarify eligibility criteria
  • Collect Post Disbursement Documents (PDDs) within defined turnaround times
  • Visit customers homes or offices as required for document collection
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer sales teams to maximize business opportunities
  • Support collections teams by following up on missed EMIs and assisting in recovery efforts
  • Track and analyze market intelligence on competitor loan products and offerings
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving queries promptly
