Job Description:The MIS Executive will be a crucial part of our organization, responsible for supporting data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will excel in advanced Excel, possess strong analytical skills, and, if possible, have experience with VBA macros.Key Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data, create reports, and present meaningful insights.
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards for data presentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting.2. Data Processing and Validation:
  • Handle data collection, processing, and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement data validation checks and cleansing processes to maintain data quality.3. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize data-related workflows.
  • Assist in implementing process enhancements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.4. Documentation:
  • Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, reporting templates, and best practices.
  • Ensure all data-related processes adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.5. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide support as needed.
  • Work with other team members to ensure data-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.6. Skillset & Tools:
  • Proficiency in Adv. Excel (Must)
  • VBA Macro (Optional & Good to have)
  • If experienced, create and maintain VBA macros to automate tasks and improve data processing efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing VBA solutions for enhanced data management.
