Senior Executive Purchase

Job Role : Sr. Purchase / Purchase Executive

Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Amberpet)

Shift Timings : 9 hours Shift 6 Days Working

Co. Industry : A Premium QSR brand

Eligibility Apply : Purchase experience into food raw materials, milk procurement, dairy products, bakery items, store related equipments & food machines preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. To update the data base of the vendors

2. To raise the purchase enquiries and to call for quotations from the vendors

3. To prepare the purchase orders and to sent the same to the vendors

4. To maintain necessary registers for making entries of purchase orders

5. To follow up with the vendors for timely delivery of the goods

6. To submit the necessary papers to accounts department for payments to vendors

7. To prepare the aging report of credit terms of the vendors

Preferred Industry:

Hotel & Restaurant / QSR / Food / Hospitality Industry

Salary : 5 LPA to 5.50 LPA
