We are seeking Senior Executive (Production & Operations) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of events and activations, ensuring smooth operations and flawless delivery.
- Handle production of event elements including fabrication, branding, signage, displays, installations, and other event-related collaterals.
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery.
- Oversee installation and dismantling of event setups while ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Supervise on-site event operations, including vendor coordination, setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain reports, audits, and project documentation using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Requirements
- 34 years of experience in event production and events operations.
- Strong vendor and fabricator network
- Solid understanding of production materials, fabrication processes, AV, and technical setups for events.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in team handling and coordination.
- Flexibility to travel extensively for event and activation execution.
