Work Location : Kodangal (Telangana)

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Pay : INR 30,000-35,000

BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

Responsible for reviewing and verifying daily operational and inventory transactions, ensuring accurate records in accounting software with proper supporting documents. The role includes monitoring inventory movements, purchases, GRNs, consumption entries, conducting stock audits, and checking compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)

• Verify operational transactions including daily reports

• Review bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Perform stock audits and inventory verification.

• Monitor inventory records and movements.

• Verification of registers and meals data with packing sheets.

• Support internal control and audit processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and book keeping.

Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
