Job Description:-
- Responsible for timely Launches of NPD in Make up Range Category.
- Prior exposure on Innovation and core development in color cosmetics.
- Vendor Development (Domestic and International)
- Project Management
- Internal and External Stakeholder Management
- Good in spoken and written Communication skills.
- In depth technical knowledge of Primary Packaging used in Color Cosmetics
- Understanding on Various Printing and Decoration Techniques used in Primary and Secondary Packaging.
- Negotiation Skills
- Willing to Travel across country for Vendor Visits/ Trials
- Prior experience of Packaging material Procurement and Sourcing.
- Prior exposure of working with International packaging vendors.
