Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Talent Acquisition Expert to join our HR team. This role is responsible to hire top international talent across multiple regions (Europe, USA, etc.) . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of global labor markets, sourcing techniques, employer branding, and compliance with international hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Global Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent across global markets via job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's global employer brand to attract top-tier talent through digital campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with universities and agencies abroad.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand global hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with strategic objectives.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure recruitment activities comply with international labor laws, visa requirements, and company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on international talent trends, competitive hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future international hiring needs.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in international hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple countries and regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, Americas).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational company or staffing agency.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and labor laws.
- Excellent sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple global requisitions simultaneously.
