Handle HR generalist activities including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Administer payroll processing, salary structure, and related compliance activities.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and performance management.
Maintain HR documentation and generate periodic HR reports.
