Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee onboarding, documentation, HR compliance, employee grievance management, attendance, payroll coordination, and offboarding formalities while ensuring smooth workforce operations across multiple client locations.

This role requires strong coordination skills, operational excellence, and the ability to maintain employee engagement and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage complete employee onboarding and joining formalities, including documentation verification, offer letters, and induction coordination.
  • Handle employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit formalities.
  • Process employee offboarding, including resignation handling, clearance process, Full & Final settlement coordination, relieving letters, and exit documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR MIS, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Address employee grievances, concerns, and workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee-related HR operational issues.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.

HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, attendance records, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain proper employee files and ensure all compliance documents are updated and audit-ready.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operational processes.

Attendance Coordination

  • Monitor and maintain attendance, leave records, and shift management.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for employee deployment, documentation, and workforce-related matters.
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees, operations teams, and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in the staffing, consultancy, or manpower industry.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS, MS Excel, and MS Office tools.
