Role summary
End-to-end HR & Admin ownership for corporate office & plant: recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, performance processes, training, employee engagement and office administration to ensure smooth operations and strong people practices.
Key responsibilities (important points)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, vendor coordination).
- Conduct induction & orientation and manage onboarding to exit processes (offer letters, files, verifications, exit formalities).
- Administer Performance Management System: KRAs, appraisals, increments and succession inputs.
- Payroll support: attendance/leave management (biometric), coordinate with payroll/compliance vendors for EPF/ESIC/PT and statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements; maintain employee records.
- Prepare & update org structure, manpower budgeting and headcount reports; analyze budget vs. expense variances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement calendar and training needs analysis; coordinate training programs.
- Office & vendor management, facility administration and cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate HR reports and translate HR data into actionable improvements.
Required qualifications & experience
- MBA (HR) or equivalent post-graduate degree.
- 5+ years total experience in HR; exposure to manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficient with Excel, MS Office and ERP/HRIS systems.
- Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
