Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources located in Delhi, India. The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. The role involves overseeing daily HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training programs, performance evaluations, and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- HR Operations and HR Policies implementation experience
- Strong Employee Relations capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in the garment or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
