Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for showroom and back-office positions.
- Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in selection.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely onboarding.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare appointment letters and handle joining formalities.
- Conduct induction sessions and introduce new employees to company policies.
- Ensure documentation and personal file completion for all new hires.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Track attendance, leaves, and shift schedules of showroom and office staff.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Support in maintaining ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory compliance records.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Support appraisal and performance review processes.
5. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, ID issuance, and database management.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- 35 years of HR experience (preferably in retail, jewelry, or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software.
