Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources (HRBP & Employee Engagement)
Job Summary:
The role supports key HRBP functions, driving talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring alignment of people initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless new hire experience.
- Design and implement employee engagement, reward & recognition, and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans for continuous improvement.
- Support internal communication plans and culture-building programs to enhance employee experience.
- Maintain HR data, prepare HRMIS reports, and ensure policy adherence and compliance.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
- 35 years experience in HRBP and employee engagement roles, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ATS tools and MS Office.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development and culture building.
