Job Description

Senior Human Resources Executive (Hospitality) On-site, India

Industry: Hospitality & Luxury Hotel Operations. Sector: Full-service hotels, resorts, and guest services across multi-site locations. We seek a hands-on HR professional to own HR operations (including onboarding, coordination for payroll), talent acquisition, and employee relations for a dynamic hotel group operating across India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for hotel and corporate positions: job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management and structured onboarding.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination with vendors, statutory filings (EPF/ESI/PT) and contract administration.
  • Drive employee relations: investigate grievances, manage disciplinary actions, conduct exit interviews and implement retention measures.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles: support appraisals, goal-setting, competency assessments and training interventions aligned to departmental needs.
  • Maintain and optimise HRIS records; produce timely HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, joining/leaving metrics) for leadership review.
  • Partner with department heads to plan manpower, succession needs, and employee engagement programs that reinforce a guest-centric culture.
  • This position will require travelling the candidate should be open to travel

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; 5+ years of HR experiencepreferably in hospitality, F&B or multi-site service operations.
  • Proven experience handling recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination and employee relations for on-site teams; strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient with HRIS/HRMS and MS Excel; excellent communication, confidentiality, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with hotel PMS/HRMS tools (e.g., greytHR, ZingHR, SAP SuccessFactors) or hospitality chains (35 star).
  • HR certification or postgraduate diploma in HR.
  • Experience designing L&D initiatives, employee engagement campaigns and frontline supervisor coaching.
