The purpose of this role is to perform and support the standard Operational Finance activities as detailed in the end to end transaction process documentation for which the role relates: intercompany recharges, Sales order; Purchase To Pay and Record To Report.

Key responsibilities:
- Intercompany recovery:
- Establish & maintain process on intercompany transactions
- Control on recovery within & outside the group
- Correct & accurate accounting in EPR system through SO & PO model & timely closure of books
- Providing intercompany reconciliation reports of monthly basis to management
- Control on inter-company mismatches which involves co-ordination with various leads & its resolution thereon
- FAR:
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
- Ensure each acquisition is backed up with due approvals
- Accurate & timely accounting of addition & deletion in System
- Conducting physical verification on yearly basis
- Reporting:
- Providing month end schedules on timely basis such as interco trade balances, accrual/provision schedules
- Providing support in various month end reporting requirements which includes variance/trend analysis, Client profitability schedules & submission of other P&L and BS schedules
- Support during Budget & Roll forward reforecast
- Audit Support:
- Support during Stat & Internal Audits which includes submission of various schedules, aging reports etc.
- Preparation of related party transactions schedules as per companies act
- CFS: Handle intercompany elimination at group level
- Preparation of Financial statements
