Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Executive in Events based in Mumbai. The role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand goals. The candidate will manage client interactions, oversee event logistics, liaise with vendors, and assist in producing detailed event strategies. The role requires both on-site presence for events and the flexibility to work from home when appropriate.

- Event Management, Project Coordination, and Vendor Relationship Management skills
- Strategic Planning, Client Servicing, and Budgeting expertise
- Creative problem-solving, Crisis Management, and Multitasking abilities
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Collaboration skills
- Proficiency in tools and platforms for event management and scheduling
- Prior experience of 3+ years in event planning or a related field
- Ability to work both independently and in hybrid environments in a dynamic industry
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
