Strategic & Planning
Support the operation head, Lead & develop the plant HSE management as per ACGE HSE strategy.
Functional
Core
Implementation and maintenance of integrated Health, Safety & Environment Management systems across the plant.
Successfully continuous execution of safety operating plan (SOP) in line with corporate ACGE HSE plan.
Communicate plant management on the safety aspects of job studies and to carry out detailed job safety analysis.
Conducting Safety Audits, Inspections, Internal Audits, HSE audit, Legal compliances audit and electrical audit.
Successfully implementation of safety practices, initiatives, systems applicable to plant in line with corporate safety guidelines
To develop and impart various HSE trainings effectively to create awareness among associates and contractual work force.
To lead various activities/tasks for global certifications (ISO:450001 & ISO:140001) and OPEX/6'S
Key Result Areas
Leading the occupational health, safety and environmental Drive in line with legal / statutory compliances and ACGE HSE strategy to achieve world class zero harm culture in the organization.
