Job Description

Job Purpose: The Senior Executive – Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the Trust's digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, support fundraising efforts, and effectively communicate the impact of the Trust's programs across digital platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

 • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns. 

• Handle social media platforms, website content, and SEO initiatives. 

• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Ads,  Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, etc., to increase brand awareness and website traffic 

• Create, curate, and strategize impactful content for the website and social media channels. 

• Support fundraising and outreach campaigns through digital channels.  

• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of communication plans. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field. 
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications. 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics. 
  • Excellent communication and content development skills. 

Proposed Salary 

Annual CTC of 4.8 LPA – 5.5 LPA
