Background
Corporate Affairs team provides facilitations to our VIP/ CIP passengers across IndiGo network in co-ordination with AOCS, Inflight, Flight Operations, OCC, Engineering and Cargo team members to ensure hassle-free travel experience. This team also resolves clarifications and other travel requirements of VIPs and their offices on a real-time basis
Role Purpose
- Build relationship with various VIP passengers and their protocols.
- Understand the travel requirements of VIP passengers and facilitate them accordingly.
- Interaction internal teams like AOCS (airports), inflight, Flt Ops, Cargo, RM, OCC etc across IndiGo Network
- Support team in generating MIS for LEAs and interact with relevant internal team for the same.
- Generate MIS about travels of VIP passengers.
- Documentation Management.
- Update Manager Corporate Affairs about the travels handled.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Facilitate Data as required by LEAs as per process laid down in SOP.
- Provide Data as required and other support urgently as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of data
Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
- Well versed with booking software like GoNow, Skyspeed, Navitaire
- Able to retrieve data/ information from above booking software
- Well experienced in Interaction with customers / third parties
- Well versed in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint
- Good spoken and written English.
- Conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely closure of strategic movements of VIPs on a Pan India basis
- Timely resolution / clarifications of VIPs and their offices
Minimum Qualification Required
- Graduate, in any discipline.
- Good computer skills
- Ability to speak fluently both English and Hindi
- 3 years on booking software and retrieval of data
