Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing, located in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Client Servicing will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating effectively with clients, addressing their needs, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Responsibilities also include client servicing, finance-related tasks, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
