Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards
  • Track performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team, monitoring progress against defined targets
  • Analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights and support forecasting efforts
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline reporting and CRM utilization
  • Ensure compliance with data confidentiality standards and organizational reporting policies
