Job Description
- Workday functional support hands-on experience with 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in on one or more modules listed below.
- Core-HR Administer workforce Absence Management Time Tracking Recruitment Talent/Performance Management System
- Must be an expert in Workday HCM (includes Organization, Job setup, Compensation, security, Business process) configuration and process design.
- Experience in all phases of the workday implementation cycle, including analysis, design, unit-test, system test, deployment and Production support.
- Hands-on experience in Data analysis, data manipulation and conversion.
- Hands-on experience in Production support
- Ability to Envision, Model and perform system configuration of data flows and workflows.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good exposure to MS-Office tools.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to functional areas
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Having Workday certification will be an added advantage.
