Senior Engineer - Lifecycle Services

Key Responsibilities for this position
Provide service support to customer for Analyzer system
LTSA management and coordination with HO on renewal of AMC/CMC
Planning of billable job and generate KOB3 revenue.
Coordination with HO for materiel required under CMC.
Weekly planning of regional job
Support customer and other region Incase expertise required. Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required
OFSC call logging and update
Timely attending of customer call and closing in stipulated time frame.

Desired Educational Qualification
Diploma/BE in Instrumentation with 3 to 5 Years of experience.
Candidate having Analyzer background will be preferred. Analyzer background give ease to gear up in process

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
Basic knowledge of analyzer and system.
Basic knowledge of SHS design
Basic knowledge of Process
