Job Description

Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager (Civil)

Department: Projects

Location: Gurugram / Project Sites (as required)

Salary: 900000/- -1000000/- Per Annum

Educational Qualification

    • B. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
    • Additional certification in Project Planning, Estimation, Primavera/MS Project shall be preferred.
Experience

    • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering projects within the Oil & Gas Sector.
    • Experience in CBG (Compressed Biogas), Biofuel shall be preferred.
    • Proven experience in Estimation, Costing, Planning, Budgeting, Tendering, and Project Controls.
Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Costing

    • Preparation of detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and project budgets for civil and infrastructure works.
    • Review of tender documents, drawings, specifications, and identification of project requirements.
    • Preparation of cost comparisons, techno-commercial evaluations, and recommendation reports.
    • Analysis of vendor/contractor quotations and preparation of cost optimization proposals.
    • Preparation and monitoring of project cash flow and cost forecasts.
Planning & Project Controls

    • Development of project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
    • Preparation of baseline schedules, resource plans, manpower histograms, and progress monitoring reports.
    • Tracking project progress against planned milestones and identifying schedule risks.
    • Preparation of weekly/monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
    • Coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams for project planning activities.
Technical Coordination

    • Review of civil drawings, quantity calculations, and construction methodologies.
    • Coordination with design consultants, EPC contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
    • Support project execution teams in resolving planning and cost-related issues.
Desired Skills

    • Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, quantity surveying, and project planning.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of CPWD, DSR, MORTH, IS Codes, and industrial construction practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
