Job Title:Software Development Team Lead (.NET & SQL)

Location:Work from Office

We are looking for an experiencedSoftware Development Team Leadto work closely with U.S. clients and guide our development team. The role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate U.S. client requirements into clear tasks.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring timely task completion.
• Review and analyze work to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Apply business logic effectively to project requirements.
• Provide hands-on support inASP.NETWeb Forms, Entity Framework, and MS SQL.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge ofASP.NETWeb Forms, Entity Framework, MS SQL.
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing).
• Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and guide a team effectively.
• Experience with U.S. clients preferred.
