We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack .NET Developer Lead to drive design, delivery, and operational excellence across mission-critical web applications. The ideal candidate brings deep C#/.NET Core expertise, hands-on frontend experience (Vue.js), and proven Azure DevOps skills. This role requires strong technical ownership, mentoring ability, and the communication skills to partner with product, QA, and platform teams.
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with significant hands-on work in C# and .NET Core.
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, or modular backend systems.
- Practical experience with Vue.js (must have: at least 2 years ) and strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and build tooling.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL or Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Application Insights).
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repos, releases); familiarity with Git-based workflows, automated testing, and build optimization.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns, containerization (Docker), and orchestration concepts.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs under deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical topics to varied audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Kubernetes/EKS/AKS and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Background in performance tuning, caching strategies, and database optimization.
- Experience implementing security standards (OWASP), automated security scanning, and infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Terraform).
- Prior experience in a lead or architect role in an Agile delivery environment.
